Is it possible to do the same things in videos as well? For example I have 120 exr image sequences of a 4 second 30fps video, can I edit the whole video in nuke just like what you are doing with a single exr image?

Yes you can apply the changes to the whole sequence

why are all tools these days expensive like Nuke. these companies lost their mind at this point. small devs have 0 chance anymore, theyre just left without the tools. and everything is time limited subscription. totally unhinged - my little rant^^

Very cool thank you! we need more Unreal/Nuke. Why not using the new Unreal Reader in Nuke ? You can extract the passes that you need and render direclty from Nuke
