Personally I always really like the G1 episode War Dawn because that was the most developed Orion Pax has ever been. I'm not familiar with the comics and other cartoons don't really SHOW his Back Story. Like we got flash backs in Prime at least showing what he looked like and he technically forgot he was Optimus Prime for a little while but I never felt like I got a sense of what his pre-Optimus personality was really like the way we did with G1 Orion Pax. Transformers One actually looks REALLY good with the way they're portraying Orion Pax in this movie. Still really weird to hear Chris Hemsworth's voice coming out of him but the G1 voice of Orion Pax also sounded weird cause it was Laurie Faso. I think it works for the younger character they're going for. I just hope they don't continue to use him as the actual Optimus Prime voice. Animated was also really good for what they were doing with that series but I prefer Orion Pax over the character just always being called Optimus even before he's a Prime.

Personally, I'd relate more to the librarian. But Orion works best as a blue collar guy. Completely average. Like most viewers dads are, or most viewers will grow up to be. Gives more of a sense of the everyman. Everybot?

It definitely feels that way. When something focuses so much on its already existing fanbase rather than expanding out, it's a double-edged sword. Sure, you have some loyalty from the fanbase... but you're also kinda beholden to them because you *need* the continued support, so trying something risky is scarier. And, when they inevitably leave, you won't have any new fans to replace them. It's the same problem superhero comics face. Transformers needs something new to boost it and it needs to *have faith in and promote that new thing.* It needs a Princesses of Power, Witch From Mercury or God of War (2018). Instead, it feels like Hasbro would rather have a Dragon Ball Super or 616 Spider-Man.

Not your fault, of course; but sometimes I get this feeling in my gut that the questions I DO come up for you either sound like discount Patreon request ideas or that they skirt the Q&A rules a bit (at least in my opinion). As such, I think I’m gonna take a break from the Q&As for a bit; at least when it comes to giving you questions. And with that aside…here’s my kinda sorta final question. 👉🏻QUESTION👈🏻: How come the more supernatural side of the Transformers Universe doesn’t ever really get expanded or touched upon/doesn’t have a designated character to represent it? I mean, let’s be honest; with stuff like the Limbo Dimension, the Mechannibals, Sparks, Energon/Dark Energon, Vampires, Frankensteinian Abominations, Cthulhu Wannabes, Ghosts, Kaiju, Spark-Eaters, Sunder, Scrapplets, Zombies etc having already been established across this 40 year old franchise; it DOES seem weird that NEITHER the Autobot or Decepticons have ANYONE on their teams specifically tasked with fighting/safeguarding these things so that neither side could possibly use them to win the war. Here’s an example just off the top of my head: A former student of Alpha Trion (maybe rival of Orion Pax) who after learning about all the mystical secrets and mysteries of the planet, goes to the council to air out their concerns, only to find that they consider them a totally screw loose looney…all except for Alpha Trion and Alchemist Prime, who take them under their wings and make the young bot Cyberton’s equivalent to Dr. Strange. Maybe give them an alternate mode based on a Shisa or a Hearse or something and give them a name like Gravedigger or Ghostlight or Arbitron.

For the little bit we got to see them, did you have a favorite out of the Animated Stunticons? Whether it be how they were handled as characters, how they represented the weird situation of them having to be made out of Autobot molds, so on and so forth. Dragstrip has always been my favorite out of the team and I always thought it would interesting if they made Animated Dragstrip one of the many repaints for Arcee. Comment: The only other additional Animated Stunticon I could see being done, at least at the moment, is Wildrider because teeeeechnically we did just get a new Lockdown? TJ, considering how many post-86 and pre-BW randos exist with really cool designs but extremely limited reuse potential, as well as Hasbro being legally forbidden from new Gobots toys looking like the old Bandai molds, why not use both issues to solve eachother? Staks and Pumper from Clench and Pyro would solve the issue of reusable complicated Obliterator gimmicks as well as the "we can't be accurate amyway" problem, win win! Comment: I know BM lacks a bunch of Transformers staple elements, but when I said "removing all the Transformers elements" I meant more that Rattrap isn't called Rattrap and there is no previous show its a sequel to. Pure original story that follows the plot identically. The Weak Component is still Episode 5, but now without the "This is not how any of these characters would behave" issue. My question for next month Q&A is Have you every tried the Banana flavored Ice I know my local movie theater has that flavored of Ice in their machine? Comment: I was at a local toy show and I saw a guy at a booth that had a lot of Transformers he had a package Transformers animated Swindle listed at $125 dollars.

COMMENT - On the concept of the Thomas Transformers: Cos of the All Engine's Go reboot i could totally see an episode where they imagine combining. Perhaps Whiff invents some kind of robot crane car to help in the yard which makes Thomas go "WE SHOULD COMBINE INTO A GIANT ROBOT!" *cue imagine spot of combining*
