I so appreciate this BUT I have a really dumb question -- HOW do you make your list of notebooks pinned open on the left?

Hey April, for that you can press on a notebook title and then select the thumb tag to pin it to the left side.

Hey Mike, I am currently using an elaborate version of the setup in Todoist I presented in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bF6UZ2uYZ6ykqM0 For my reading/media consumption list I use Pocket and for reference I use Evernote Legacy.

YOu did a very nice job on video! Excellent work. It just seems way to complicated someone on the go. Way to many layers. Nice work though!

Thanks for the feedback, Rick! It's a fair point. This video is almost a year old now and I've learned quite a bit since - I will revisit OneNote soon! Subscribe if you want to get notified when that video is out 😊

Thank you for your effort but I m sorry to say I don't think this was a very effective system. Duplicating the same next actions in two places??

Copy/pasting between projects and next action is a horrible way of doing this, and I can see it getting messy and unmanageable. If these things can't be automated, I'd rather use pen and paper to be honest.

Dont u need to update next action lists constantly? Project-> Next actions suggests copying next actions
