Super helpful. I normally saved as a signature, but then needed to add and attachment, and then of course add the subject. This shortcut, is going to save me in the future, since I can just make a few less clicks. Thank you.

Great Video! Is there a way to save a Meeting Template where when you load the template it has a new WebEx Link and custom text above the WebEx details?

Hi Daniel - Unfortunately, there is no add it that way. However, you can save the default template with the details that you want on the inside and then just use your WebEx add in (in Outlook) to insert a new WebEx meeting.

Hi Felisa - Personally, I like to insert a table and then modify the table for my calendar invite template. You can certainly just type inside of the body of the email or invite like you typically would and save the template once you have it the way that you like it.

Thank you for that, I have a question. If I receive an Email containing an attachment from "A" and want to forward this email to "B" but I want to send it through a template, can I do that? Can I do a forward and recall a template?

How did you style the email in the first place....word? I'm struggling with my Office 365 version because most tutorials tell me to add a command button that I am not able to find in the first place.

I think she is asking something that is not the obvious. I think she is asking, which I am too, how do you setup the template with all your info (add pics, texts...etc. If I’m wrong, I apologize in advance....
