How to use pain to your advantage!

Geoff Bowery is a member of THE MTF FAMILY and is currently living in Saudi Arabia while deployed for the British Army. He’s from the UK which is pretty cool that we get to sit down and chat!
He has quite the story to tell but didn’t want to release too many details today because he’s in the process of writing a book but he did tell me that at the age of 16 he found out that who he thought was his mom actually wasn’t and it hurt him really bad which came back to haunt him after his military career was over because he let his discipline slip.
Now the proud father to a young son his entire outlook on life has changed and he’s a man on a mission to become the best he can at the age of 46!! He has some big goals for 2025 and I hope he smashes them!!
I do these interviews to share with the members of the family of join to heal from trauma or addictions to give them hope that regardless of what they’ve been through they can overcome it with the right support system and habits!
Like I always say GOALS NOT GAME AND EVERYDAY IS DAY 1 and that’s how we finished this interview!!
