If I am selling a group package, where all attendees attend at the same time for six weeks, is there a way that I can streamline that process, so that they don't have to make six selections? i.e If I name it August group, can they simply select that group without having to check all six dates of the course?

Hey Patrice! My apologies, I'm just now seeing this comment! So the good news is when you create a group coaching package in Paperbell, your clients don't set/select a time and date, they will simply be invited to the appointments that you've set once they've purchased. When you create your group package in Paperbell, click the "Group Appointments" tab to set up the meeting dates/times. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching! 🧡

If you are scheduling multiple clients, there will obviously be multiple zoom or google meet links... so, how do you stay organized with this? Is it on your calendar?

Hey JD! The links are automatically added to your calendar with the invite, so no need to keep track of track of those.

Yes there is! When you create a package, there’s a tab called Survey and that is where you input your questions for your intake process. The survey will display during the purchase process.

Yes! When you create a package in Paperbell, your clients make a payment and do all of their other onboarding work such as scheduling sessions, signing contracts, and completing surveys in one central workflow.
