📺 How to Place *ANYTHING* in Perspective *NON-DESTRUCTIVELY* : kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJWVl6l5lLFsj68

Hi Jesus! First of all, thank you for the explanation. Please, could you tell me how on Earth I'd find the horizon line in a photo of a person where the backdrop is infinite with no lines, shading or clues at all? I've been struggling for months to get it and insert people correctly in composites, but I always fail. It's driving me nuts. I've watched your perspective tuts dozens of times, but something doesn't work. I would appreciate it a lot if you or someone help me out. I've really tried. Plus, I'm working in a composite right now with a self portrait. I followed the lines on the ground and the vanishing point is on my chest. The thing is, my camera was on a tripod in a lower level, so I was shot a bit from below. But at the same time, with the horizon line being on my chest, it looks like I'm being seen from ABOVE when I place the line that high. I will never get what I'm doing wrong. Please, ANYONE? Jesus?

Pssst... that left most cube at 7:00 is not accurately drawn. The vanishing point and lines pointing to it are correct, but the two corners on its right should be closer together, creating the illusion of a front face that is also rotated.

@PTC Sorry if this question was asked already in the comments but on the composite where the man and the train are, can't you enlarge the man and put it as low as possible so that his head/neck is visible as if he stays just in front of the one who took the picture? I think that this way this could potentially blend together?

Hi, Could you not treat the man as an elongated box to move him as per the building, which effect, I opine, is really cool. I opine: to root objects in a landscape, may be the use of shadows falling either on the ground &/or partly on other objects, plus use of overlapping objects, so for the man on the beach, some driftwood set so his feet cannot be seen, may also help resolve perspective where the angle of placement may seem at odds with the ground. Thanks for showing this very useful video.
@PhotoshopTrainingChannel6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, if you place objects in front of the subject to hide imperfections then that could work. Depending on your composite. But that was not the point of the video. But yes, it could work in some cases.
