It perhaps could be but it primarily is used for showing changes over time.

so the building parts just spawn there , can you animate this ? i mean if i am about to add the glass windows phase , can i animate those to be installed from top of the building to the top , not just spawn there fully

You’re welcome. To my knowledge, there is no way to export the phasing map or diagram. And there’s really no data you can use with the phasing. It is all stuck in Twinmotion. Would be nice to see it do more with the graph or have exporting capabilities.

As of right now, I do not believe this is possible. That would be awesome though. The best thing I could say is to do this in revit or your modeling program and be strategic with how you export so that you could easily control the imports with scene states.

You can set a delay but besides that, it is not easy to do that. Putting all of this together is still difficult unfortunately.
