The quick wash functionality on a washing machine comes in handy when you want to refresh clothes, when you have an emergency laundry, and when you have a few clothes to wash. It washes your clothes faster than the normal wash cycle, i.e., between 15 minutes.
Though a quick wash is a good energy saver, it's not the best wash cycle when you have stained clothes because it runs at too low a temperature. Also, it's not an option where you want to kill germs.

I used this in my holiday house in Pakistan we used the quick 15 did 5 rinses took 35 mins washing all comes out clean sometimes once the washing is done u can put it on rinse and spin for fabric softener with a full spin 1400 18 mins

Yes,this machine uses less water. Unlike the top loader, Instead of clothes floating in water, they get cleaned by agitating on to each other. However, according to my experience, the clothes do come out clean. Also, its good to know that this machine does not require a lot of detergent. If you use excessive detergent resulting to a lot of suds (bubbles) it will display the SUD error. Show less

i recently bought a top of the line samsung washer/dryer, the machines uses very less water as seen in the video, but the cloths come out more cleaner than my previous top loader. Also you should use 1/3 the amount of detergent as compared to top load washer.

You're using the cycle wrong because you have to have a max load of 2kg

@Ian’s Gadget I have only brought the Samsung 8kg washing machine two weeks ago and as it starts its spin cycle the drum knocks heavily and the machine shakes and as it’s spinning it’s very loud I’ve had to call Samsung for an engineer to come and check it out.
