Thank you. I have heard this phrase as "lip loy" and I never knew how to find out what it meant, because it is usually pronounced with "L" sounds. I assumed it meant "finished" or "ready" because that is the context I have heard it in. So this video helped me understand that it is really "R" sound, "Riab Roi" and confirmed that my understanding of its meaning was almost correct.
