RR Sport has it as an option that needs to be equipped from the factory

@@yenaibi not that I know of! Great question though. I believe a technician (LR technician) may be able to pull out a fuse to disable.

You likely have a 2023 model, and most of those vehicles do not have the powered gesture tailgate due to the microchip shortage
