How to use RFID Card to charge your MG EV?

Unlock the seamless charging experience for MG EV customers with our step-by-step guide on using the RFID Card:
1. Top-up with Khalti: Utilize the Khalti App to conveniently top-up your charging app, as explained in our previous video tutorial.
2. Connect the Charging Gun: Insert the charging gun into the DC Charging port of your vehicle.
3. Tap Once: Swiftly tap your RFID card on the DC Charging Station Screen.
4. Initiate Charging: Wait momentarily as the charging process commences within seconds.
5. Finish Charging: Optimize your charging session by clicking "Finish Charging" on your vehicle dashboard or charging app once your desired charging percentage is achieved. Monitor the unit charged conveniently displayed on the screen.
6. Payment Made Simple: Seamlessly complete the payment process with a second tap of your RFID Card on the charging station screen. Payment is automatically processed with this action.
7. Wrap Up: Safely remove the charging gun from your vehicle and return it to its designated spot.
Please note: The charging port remains inaccessible if the top-up amount in the charging app doesn't cover the total charging cost.
Currently, our RFID cards exclusively function at our DC Charging stations, catering to MG ZS EV and MG4 Customers. We encourage all customers to promptly redeem their RFID cards to ensure uninterrupted charging experiences in the future.
