Hi there, our team has confirmed that the Roger Touchscreen Mic would work with the Phonito Nano via Roger NeckLoop. It is not compatible with the Profilo Nano.

Hello, we are in a school setting and would like to be able to pair the roger touchscreen mic with the tv when the teacher shows videos. Is this possible?

Hi Sarah, the preferred solution to listen to the videos in the classroom is by using Roger Multimedia Hub along with Roger Touchscreen Mic. With regards to setup, the TV output should be connected to the Roger Multimedia Hub then the Roger Multimedia Hub will broadcast the TV to the hearing devices in the classroom. @@phonak Sorry for the delay in my reply. Our student is in a classroom setting, we need the teacher to be able to switch from her speaking into the microphone around her neck to the video playing (which the rest of the class is also listening to). Is there way to bluetooth the hearing device to the tv and also the microphone so that the student or the teacher can flick between the two?

@@sarahcook520 Dear Sarah, thank you for reaching out to us. In this setting (classroom) the best way is to use the Roger Multimedia Hub, as earlier advised. The Roger Multimedia Hub will transmit the audio sound simultaneously with the sound from the Roger Touchscreen Mic. Both the teacher and audio source can be heard at the same time.
