mines not workin its coming up saying to create the mod you have to select valid mod folder containing versions.sii file what do i do there now???

How do you even get the fracking tool? I tried looking it but it doesn't even show up in my library...

@@Paulycustom it doesn't show up, for some reason it doesn't show a big ass list of tools like it used too, and idk how to enable that. Not sure if one of the updates fucked it up, hence why I'm asking.
