Im trying to connect to my friend whos playing on ps4 and im on ps5 but when i connect the share play app opens but doesn't acctualy connect it just stay's on the starting screen any fix ?

Hey me and my rando friend were trying too share play ps4 on ps5 and every time I try too play a Ps4 game it won't let them join in it says something about a scene doesn't load or something for some reason and doesn't let them join in for me not sure why because I swear it works for others
