I would suggest you add the setup of Skype. By that I mean the audio and video setup required before you can use the application. I'm sure many people don't have a clue on how to set up Skype or for that matter the setup of their webcam.

If you are recording a chat, Skype crops the screen in the recoding. Is there a way for it to record full screen?

As an alternative you can try a 3rd party screen recorder that will give you that option

Hello, that issue with a false charge you would have to contact skype support. As for Skype, it is free to use. You do need credit for calling mobile or landline calling.
