This was a great idea, Robert! Thanks for sharing this. Also, how are you liking your new half round knife? I am thinking of picking one of these up at some point in the future and am interested if you feel it was worth purchase. Maybe too early to tell yet?

Too early to really decide. One thing is to push the knife I feel that you need a harder cutting surface then say a poundo board. The knife wants to cut into the surface, then you are pushing too hard. I ordered a different cutting surface so I’ll get more practice when it comes in. Great question?
