How to use SmartLink fill

I have a doubt. When SmartLink Fill comes into action, the reference coordinate used is the RTK Base reference or the Smartlink coordinate referece? I ask because if I am working with the RTK Base started with a navigated point (unknown point function) the reference used by the SmartLink will be different, because SmartLink uses a corrected reference coordinate.
