I too had this problem. In the preferences tab of powergui tick the box for "automatically handle discrete solver and advanced tab solver settings of blocks".The problem was fixed for me.

ya i think when u double click the pv array block we can change the number of pv cells, also the irridiance values, and where there is more irridiance value then more are the voltages on the output.

@@nurulhanimamir8220 The problem is with license. Some licenses doesn't aloow the use of all libraries. If you have 2020a, try installing 2020b (third revision). If still the simscape folder doesn't appear, contact the administrator of your license.

from the MATLAB program home tab, click 'add-ons' then search for 'simscape electrical' and you can install from there. It will depend on your institutions license if it available for free though. I believe you can also go to MATLAB's website to get it, but its easier to do directly in the program imo.

I am using matlab 2020 when i tried to simulate it saying integrator at sample time is not finite... Try reducing step size..... When i run the panel in robust discrete model it runs ok... But i cannot temp externally but should do it internnaly...... Does anybody know how to solve this.

Ok I got it! If you dont have it, you can run your installation executable of Matlab and select only "Simscape" and "Simscape Electrical" and that´s it! If you dont have the installation executable you can go to main menu, in MAtlab select "Apps", browse for Simscape and choose the option to install it! You need to register your account by introduce your email and some info..

It you're following the video you'll get zero for i_pv because there is no load connected so no current flows. The video is essentially getting zero too (1.325e-196 = 0)
