To load characters download from workshop, click on the "All Mods" and then go down and select workshop, next look for the file name of the characters.

The reason the window adjusts itself is because it stops responding and moves just because. Also, loading a map should probably take as long as in-game.

I had that problem too. When loading the map, make sure that the 'Filter' bar at the bottom of the window hasn't got 'cloak' in it. Just delete all the text, and all the maps will appear. Let me know if this helps :D

When ever I load anything that is not related to Team Fortress 2 the Map would be empty or messed up or just flat out shows nothing but blackness no matter what i do. Why is that ? Why do other people get the full map and I don't when I use any Maps I try to use ?
