Simply Quinoa yes I've not had much luck with coconut flour as a lot of recipes rely on eggs and even experimenting with egg alternatives it just don't work. I'd love a mug cake recipe based on this. X

I make a smoothie with spirulina mixed with water, orange juice, apple, spinach and chiaseeds. Tastes delicious. Especially the apple balance out the flavour and helps keeping the nice green color.

Can you please also share with us some recipe ideas on how to use ground flaxseed? I've been wanting to incorporate flaxseed into my diet because of it's nutritional benefits but I have no idea how to use it in food so that it at least tastes okay. I just had a minor issue as I don't have a high speed blender and the frozen calliflower got stuck in the blender so I had to add another quarter of a cup of milk. It was not as thick as yours, do you have an advice for me on how to make it thicker since I have to add more liquid?
