How To use Steam Remote Play Together with Any Game!

Worked a week half ago but now every time I try opening Remoteplay app from my library it keeps saying-> "Could not initialize steam client library!"

I finally got it to work after re-downloading, adding the app to the library but.. When My friend tried the link Invite it said multiple times. "Failed to connect- couldn't connect to remote play session."

Every time I try my guest can enter input and the game reads but they cannot see the screen. Even regular steam remote play together has the same problem. Any ideas or is this not even remoteplaywhatever related?
