Any way to safely spray paint a pellet stove that’s already in the house?

That's a tough one because of the fumes overspray. If you were going to attempt that, suggested to have all the windows open with fans helping to force the air out. Large covering of cardboard or protective material on the flooring, hearth, and walls around the stove. Where a good paint mask, and let the room continue to air out for a couple hours once you are finished. Many stoves have a quick disconnect on the exhaust hub so you can remove the stove without taking apart the exhaust vent. We do recommend painting is done outside or in an 'open-air' type of shop or building. Spray paint is flammable so make sure there is no open flame anywhere near by.
