There's a lot of ways to win in 40k, but can you win without just picking the best meta units? That's the question and where strategy comes into play.

I managed to score a blowout victory at a local tournament a couple months ago with a double landraider spearhead assault for gladius task force. Worked out relatively well, and I'm really happy with my list. I really like your video, and will spend more time thinking about my strategy and updating my landraider list as the meta changes, so that I can meet the meta on the table and try to face it. Thank you!

Good vid, but I'd like to offer some constructive criticism. The audio seemed choppy at times. Like some ends of words or consonants were cut off.

Wish I could fix that but that's just my accent!

@@BlackJackalGaming seems less off an issue of your accent, and more a threshold and peak issue with your recording software or mic/device. Also agree, it has some good points, though.

My advice on top of this is to bring a clock. Once you start playing strategically in warhammer your creating problems for your opponent to resolve or weighing up difficult decisions. If you don't clock them then they will use an hour an a half in their turn, solve the problem and leave you without time to complete the game and infact penalise you for playing well.

The only way to play faster is to learn to play in less time! Use your opponent's turn to do your thinking

I've always thought that Strategy determines what you bring to the table. Tactics is what you do on the table.
@BlackJackalGaming3 ай бұрын
Think of it in terms of business, your company's overall goal is to grow and extend it's reach, your strategy could be to expand the amount of locations you have a store in, within markets that have low competition (increasing growth by default) and engaging with the community to drive sales. Your tactics would the be to identify areas that have large but close communities, that have a gap in the market, then source local products and sell them in the area, with a sticker on the product to say proudly made in blah blah. You then highlight key charities that require funds and add a round up option with the money going to these key local charities, you then match it when to reaches a certain amount.

I read this thumbnail as "What if Hell was Strategy?" and I was up for an atheist theory.
