How to use Striker in PvP in The Division 2 Dark Zone - Build Guide - TU18

Striker has been a top tier set for a long time now, approaching a year yet is seldom seen being used, the thing is stacking buffs, or getting stacks requires some level of competency if not cheesed and you cant always guarantee an enemy decoy lying around or a group of NPCs no one else will shoot at so no one uses it bar the top 5%.
However it really isnt that hard to use and the rewards are bigger than any other DPS build.
Meta needs to change, if a new gear set were to be brought in that DID give some form of damage mitigation as Cavalier was toyed with during TU18 Phase 2 PTS we could have had a PvP system very reminiscent of Division 1 which would be much better and bring people back.

I have messed around with this build a bit, it's not as easy as you make it look. Tracking has to be on point and you have to be fast. You have to be smart about engagements and procs/stacks also. Nice gameplay GG.

What's your budget? What experience do you want? 1. Decent graphics, good frame rate (1440p144Hz) 2. eSports performance, mehh graphics (my setup) (1080p390Hz) 3. WOW graphics (4K60Hz) The sweet spot is 1 and all you need, can be done for a decent price these days if u mix new with used. Long story short it's not a bad time to build a PC, latest GPUs are still overpriced but coming down, everything else is well priced considering.

You should try 2.4 mill big horn headshot build, catharsis mask 1 pc uzina 1 piece gila, matador back pack, 2 piece foundry bulwark, unbreakable or intimidate. Try and expertise to the max if possible for max dmg and armor. Each stack of matador is 300k-310k of expertise 23 on every piece

Hay u should try out the p 416 I compared to the eagle and eagle has more base damage butt the 416 has quite bit more dps 2-2.5 mill more eagle at efficiency 19 the 416 at 18 and under styker 416 hits quite bit more running strained

Well, first of all I saw no indication that he was actually cheating, his account is new and it's technically possible to trick the ISAC system if you know what to do on a fresh account, perhaps he tried something to help him farm early on but in every fight I ever saw him he never did anything suss. Afaik TSW is an open clan so it's always possible that someone joins without othe remembers knowing who they are and what they do.

There IS spawn protection on ALL saferooms, and in Normalised DZs there are turrets that make it relatively safe walking out 9/10 times. At the saferoom make sure you don't perform an offensive action or run and u retain 100% damage mitigation for around 4-5s. That means when u walk out you can walk, roll, and even pull out a skill in your hand without losing spawn protection.

Why are you med kit glitching with perfectly efficient by swapping vests in the beginning of your video near the safehouse? PVP properly instead of telling people they don't understand the game when you get called out. You are getting the benefit of perfectly efficient and back to obliterate every time you use your med kit by swapping back and at this rate, you will never run out of med kits.
