The words in the back of the concordance are *not* definitions as you stated in your video; they are *various ways that each word was translated in different contexts in the 1611 KJV.* In fact, how could Professor Strong define Greek and Hebrew words for us if could *not* read d Greek or Hebrew? NIV has taken out "by prayer and fasting" but it is in the KJV. check both scriptures out online: Matthew 17:21 "Howbeit, this kind goeth not out, but by prayer and fasting." (The NIV doesn't even leave a footnote either.)
