I used it to attach a GoPro mount to my motorcycle helmet. It worked perfectly and looks like a perfect custom installation. Plenty strong to hold the mount/camera.

When you say that it last 6 to 12 months, do you mean without using it inside the package, or once molded and hardened?

Inside the package, after 6/12months it will harden in the package and be unusable.
