Put it on the hardest difficulty then go into a base with surge. After you use it then restart from checkpoint. The trophy keeps track of percentage.

@@Yazzieeee hol up bro, I found the problem… Put it on ultimate difficulty then find crimes to build up your surge ability. When you get a full surge bar, find a different crime and use the surge as soon as you enter combat. Just spam the abilities. You don’t need to do it all on the same surge, so if you don’t get it the first time, just build up surge and start again! I did it all in the antivenom suit just to make sure it counts! The devs just didn’t explain the trophy right and it’s still a bit buggy. Hope this helps mate!

You could go to the main menu click on your game then click the load one and your stuff should be there and you can go back and replay missions if you 100% the map and don’t want to have to wait for crimes

Hit options & restart from last checkpoint. This usually fixes a lot with the game including stuck dialogue or completing the steps for a trophy but didn’t get it

since there is zero postgame for peter this is just an annoyance, chase crime to fill up bar to kill people to go do a car chase to not fill up the bar to then fill up the bar to get 4 abilities off in one fight then rinse repeat, there is no reason why this should be a hidden trophy especially when there is NOTHING POST GAME FOR PETER

I'm on 100 % now, and my bars in the upper right corner appear filled but gray, not yellow. And there is a star on the right side. I have no clue what that means. Trophy is stuck at 7/25. Tried a different savegame (here, the bars are yellow as shown in the vid), but again, no progress for the trophy. I'm stuck there. Nonetheless, it's a great game, it was a fantastic ride.

Found it in trophy guide: "It can still be done after the story in Crimes. You can change the abilities from the “Abilities” Menu at any time for Peter. Fight enemies in Crimes until the abilities recharge and keep defeating enemies with these abilities in Crimes." So i guess u cans till do it after story
