What does it mean when you turn on the tap and water is not coming in?

Hello,it could be low water pressure, clogged inlet pipe. I'm not a professional maybe you can also reach out to your dealer for more help .thankyou for your support

@jackymuriuki Thank you. The water came in after a few minutes. I couldn't set the temperature and speed. I don't know if it's because I had clicked start before doing it. It's just at 800 and 40°.

Anytime,so before you press start make sure you've set everything to your liking.i.e temps,cycle, speed.you can't do that while the cycle is running. (At least on my machine).

Do you live the tap running while the circle is on or you switch off at some point?...Also how much power and water does it consume

Hey Nancy,yes you leave the tap on,for power consumption it depends with the temperature and cycles running . definitely high temperature higher consumption.for me 1-2 units in like 3-4 cycles of light clothes. Also haven't seen any significant change in my water bill
