Sorry about that. What I can tell you is that the 4 legs are not aligned accordingly….screw them after your washer will not move or shake.

It depends on the choice of your program, some of them can’t be changed but there are few programs where like quick 15 where you can increase up to 35.

There's one most common reason why your clothes might still be wet and that is if you overloaded the machine and if that so, remove some of the clothes and spin for at least 10mins
