Great job on the video and I appreciate the insight and tactics you are providing here my friend. I use different serves angles when I play doubles, then I do when I play singles. Thank you Coach Nick

Great info! While watching, it got me thinking I could practice my angles when I'm alone on a court. Is this a thing? I want to practice my swing when I don't have an opponent. I'd love some tips! ❤

I shouldn't be watching this... I'm at the point where I aim my kick serve in the middle and sometimes still end up missing 80% of them :D

Hey Nick, great video. One question about the forehand from outside the doubles alley. Because of the bad recovery position, do I need to go for the winner here, if I go down the line? Or is a rally ball completely fine?
@IntuitiveTennis7 ай бұрын
It depends on many factors. I you are confident why not go for it. However, even more HP play would be a crosscourt with more spin.

Unfortunately tennis courts that are not at clubs have become pickle lined , so there are few open clean lined tennis courts left . The geometry of these courts have become highly compromised .
@HoboHabilis7 ай бұрын
Uuuuh. The tennis court lines and the net remain the same. I hate the pickle lines. But! Sharing is caring.
@derekpappas15567 ай бұрын
@@HoboHabilis Not when a tennis player is unable to play the game on courts where the lines interfere with directional control ! If pickel ball like platform tennis is so not a fad then the towns and counties should retrofit for pickel ball only courts . These constant lines do not allow for match play use , only practice . Lines on the most recent visit to my local courts had white pickel ball lines that interfered with the lines of the serve boxes . These lines created confusion for the server on where the boundary lines are . This just forces players to solely become members of tennis clubs , in disgust with the local jurisdictions or practice and play on h.s tennis tennis team only courts . Either way the towns will just say that there is less tennis interest , but in reality both the towns , parks dept and pickel ball players have made these courts unplayable .
