Dang, I've been using a very similar lanyard for years and never thought of some of the ways you show here to rig it. So many possibilities with some imagination. These tips open it up for me creativity wise. Thanks a bunch.

I would recommend you buy the 33 cm version of the OD loop as others are too short for storing at the end of the lanyard on the carabiner.

Omg. Such an amazing gear. Take my money. Oh please. So brilliant I'll just give you money for the sheer brilliance. I just don't understand why I've been using my $20 3-strand braid lanyard for the last 30 years. I've been so obtuse.

U used a simple piece of rope cause that's all this is lol this is litteraly just a short climbing system .am I missing something??
@TeufelbergerGroup
@TeufelbergerGroup 2 жыл бұрын
Yes it's a piece of rope , but the only piece of rope certified all over the world as positioning lanyard and SRS or MRS climbing system :-)

@@TeufelbergerGroup not trying to be an a hole by saying this I swear but that's not true ever piece of rope that is sold for climbing is a work positioning system a srs an Mrs system I literally have hundreds of ft if certified climbing rope in my truck yes there other pieces of kit involved in this but let's not try act like you reinvented the wheel here.. hey I'm all about it man there tons other gear that is out there that not for me as well but please dont act like this is some revolutionary product cause any climber worth there salt has or can throw together this product out of gear they allready have. Maybe I'm just missing something I really not trying to bash this product it think it cool that you get this as a kit if your someone who needs all these pieces of gear it cool u get all at once .

@@TeufelbergerGroup With all due respect, don't waste your time on the "old timers" They will never leave their leather waist belt with side d's and hemp 3 strand lanyard. Which is fine there is a reason the rest of the world is taking their work.

Maybe because you like working harder than you have to? Do you still climb on a closed system blakes hitch or have you upgraded to using a split-tail?

I have this same lanyard. I’m was thinking I’d like to get the neat keeper k1. But I’m guessing I can’t really do that because it would stop me from using the other end correct? Are these two products incompatible?
@TeufelbergerGroup
@TeufelbergerGroup 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Craig, yes it is correct that the end can't be used with the k1 keeper. You could however try the system when you pass by our booth on the next fair and see how you like it. :-)

It's a peice of rope that hipsters flex with because it cost more and has a fancy name.

You can buy the literal same thing for half the price with better carabiners from Bartlett arborist supply. Mine was $150 a couple weeks ago. The only advantage this one has is it can be manufactured as a 30 foot and Bartletts is specifically a 16 foot

It's still rated for more and or should be ..24 kn...and up .not sure where teffelburger comes up with this stuff..seems more to cover insurance..wich never pays .in reality..I have 20ft bluemoon lanyard and 15ft and 12 ft all with tight eyes on both ends..and 10ft ..all 4 different climb line brands and 24 strand to 16 strand..all rated at 6000 pounds or more same exact set up as these ..only from arbsession for 120.00 bucks ..you just add your pulley wich we all have ..hitchclimber is best and my favorite..pintos I use for rigging..they dint have 3 holes..all lanyards today made of climb line are just short double and single rope climb lines..nice guy dave from wesspur is a rope encyclopedia and knows more about rope than any corperation..and is a instructor...not to mention every arborist store sells million different lanyards at fraction of cost. Arbsession being the best deal.its just a peice of climb line..camp has also came out with a over priced lanyard..a guy could send in a 100ft climb line at 20 to 25 dollars a spliced eye and get about 10 or so lanyards spliced up..of various lengths..
