I really love my Comfoplus earbuds, but I always have a problem reconnecting them to my laptop, after I've used them for my iphone, so I have to redo the pairing process. All that to say, THANKS!!! A very useful video!!

Hi, I received the confobuds z, but it's impossible to pair them on any device I have, it's just not recognized in the list of Bluetooth connections... Do you have any suggestions ? PS : I am in France, is the country is an issue for connectivity?
