It’s impossible to like this video Therese, this is truly a LOVE video. The first card was incredible, but the second one just blew me away. The way you kept the vases transparent and added the water was inspirational. Yes, those flowers are absolutely beautiful. My favourites too! We’re all allowed a favourite or two. I have this set of vases and haven’t played with it yet. This’ll be one where I have to craft a long with you to ensure I get the techniques correct. You are truly inspired as well as a joy to watch and listen too. Thank you.😻

It’s my pleasure. Love what you do. Though I do confess to taking a sharp intake of breath when you chop away so much of the work you’ve done on the vases to make the panel fit the card. I guess that’s your artistic vent. I might be tempted to make a square card to avoid losing all that beautiful colouring and the time invested in it. Does it become less painful the more you do it?

At times I hear the birds in the background and so miss my malouchin and greater sulphuric crested. You are so good at using the brushes. I guess it is all in the practice but you are truly blessed.

The mask stencils made the water soooo easy to blend, otherwise I would have been 'fighting' with double masking and probably wouldn't have bothered lol.

The water is remarkably realistic looking, Therese. I so love that you are transparently open about being "lazy" regarding cleaning brushes. The cleaning is not part of the fun. For me it's about making ready for next time. Gou are getting more interesting colour combinations, though. So maybe worth not cleaning the brushes. 🥰🇨🇦

You can always create your own masks and dies, i've done this before and it works a treat too (the mask stencils just make it that bit easier)! Hope you have fun with this Debbie!

If it isn't perfect you can always join the black lines with a pen... or add sequins or colour over the 'extra stamped' bits... this is what I do to 'fix' things lol.

Hi Mary it's a retired set called Thoughts & Reminders, I am not sure if you can find it anywhere... but something similar could be easily recreated with a combo of sentiments.
