So do you have to wash the bottles with soap first then put them in the sterilizer? If so might as well just wash them normally and hang em to dry.

So it’s best to wash the bottles before sterilizing. That will take any extra unseen debris out before actually sterilizing the bottles.

I’ve only been using mine for three weeks and it’s already not working, everything was going fine and now my water isn’t steaming. The water doesn’t evaporate. I also put half an hour or 45 minutes sometimes and the timer just keeps going on forever.

When I fill the water up to the max line and use either option of the steam cycle the water evaporates/ steams/ gets “cooked” before the cycle is finished and then the metal plate burns and causes it to turn black and causes the bottles to smell burnt and Smokey... why is that? I have tried adding more water, the lowest timer, using only the steam, using steam and dry. Why is it doing this?
@MaddiesDaddy
@MaddiesDaddy 3 жыл бұрын
In all honesty, it sounds like you got a defective product. Do you have the one like I show here or the advanced version of this? Have you reached out to Baby Brezza? I would recommend returning it back to where you purchased it for a new unit. Please keep us updated on how that plays out.

Oh no! It is possible a small amount of water got into the electrical through the fan opening in the inside - I would flip the base unit upside down and let it dry overnight and then try again...hopefully it works after that. Let me know!

Mine is a complete bust... I'm disappointed, the fan shouldn't be so close to the water. If the water boils over into the fan, the distilled water gets inside the system. Electronics and water do not mix. Mine was shot in 2 months. Baby Brezza is sending me a new one after I called and sent in the info. Cut the cord 2 inches from the base... you know what I mean if you've had this problem. 😏 I'll update on my new system coming via mail but I'm not holding my breathe. I love their products but this appears to be extremely flawed.

I’m pretty sure you should separate the nipples from the rings, there a little holes in the top part that I think you would stick the nipples down inside and then maybe put the rings, onto the arms and have them hang down without the nipples inside of them
@MaddiesDaddy
@MaddiesDaddy 8 ай бұрын
Hey there yes you would definitely do that with most bottles. These particular bottles are peculiar because the nipples are literally attached to the collars.
