Works great! Make sure to keep the cutting head well oiled.

When you decide to red on this video, consider the following: Use the names of the parts... The camera person should move the camera where the person speaking is holding or touching an item, following the action.

Am I crazy or has something changed since this video was made? I'm new to this, and I'm trying to learn, but I purchased the beetle bits system new at the sidewalk sale this year, and it doesn't have the actual cutter anymore correct? Or am I just confused and missing something? 😅

There are 2 kits; the Beetle Bits Cutting System and the Complete Beetle Bits Starter Kit. The complete come with the cutter and waffle grids the other does not. You can however purchase the cutter separately. Here is a link to it on our website. www.delphiglass.com/glass-cutters-tools/glass-cutting-systems/flying-beetle-cutter

I have just purchased a Glass Fusing Cutters Station in Australua, looks just like this video without the cutter, I have used my ordinary glass cutter and not very happy with the results. Can I purchase a cutter for it , I checked Cuttersmate website it does not have a Cutters Station listed maybe this is and old model any help please.

Rey Rodriguez, me either. And I wasted a sheet of glass trying.

The marketing photo for this tool shows a zig zag shape. If that's accurate I'd like to know how to cut that kind of shape

It would be great to zoom in on each piece while demonstrating and not speed by so fast. They're all red and look alike. I'm stuck at the little element right before you attach the Flying Beetle. For newbies like myself.

The little red piece is called the Cutter Compensator. For a great close up step-by-step here is a pdf sheet from our website. Feel free to call our customer service team we can help over the phone as well. images.delphiglass.com/manuals/193739.pdf

no info on how to zero the guide or specifics on how to set up the cuts. this video needs to be a few minutes longer
@whiterabbit16488 жыл бұрын
I don't understand the specifics you are talking about? I didn't make the video but have been making stained glass for 20 yrs. Set the system up at a 45*angle. Straight across bottom, straight up to the side. Your angle, top ruler is set at 60* to left, and 60* to the right. Add your top stops at 60 on each side. Each time you cut along the ruler the end should be in the 60 to left every 2" or 4" if you want tris lrgr? Score entire length of glass to the left then right. If you don't need that many use smaller peice of glass. The normal tri is 2" wide to fit patterns. You will do great. You may have got your answer if not I hope I could help you. Take care

um ok doesn't show how to snap the cuts in real-time, so yea I"M calling BS as to how good it works
@clarecarby74284 жыл бұрын
It's a great system, I use it with the morton safety break or silberschnitt running pliers, I lose virtually no glass
