What would happen if you parked somewhere and set your parking disk and came back later to adjust the parking disk to the new current time and left your car there longer?

So if i arrive after 7:00 pm i don’t need to use it?

Each sign will have hours of enforcement. If it is outside hours of enforcement then it is not needed. but if the car stays until the start of enforcement then you would get a ticket without the blue dial. So either leave before enforcement begins or put the start time for enforcement.
