It is 3:00 AM EST and I have insomnia. Came across this video and thought, oh this will do the trick. Sadly, (and very much disappointed to say) it wasn't at all the boring demonstration that I had been anticipating. Rather than snooze, I am now researching where I can find and buy this since I now know how it works. In conclusion, those are some nicely executed grande jette leaps, little lady.

Do both fixtures have to be set to the same setting when connected via DMX cable? I tried this with two 6-Spot fixtures, and it's not working like yours in the video ** UPDATE ** Disregard, I figured it out. Master fixture has to be in "SEt" mode, with IR "on", and slave fixture(s) must be set to "3 Ch", then "SLAv". This is how I got it to work for MY particular lights, not sure if it'd work the same way for other models.

I agree with you!!! I bought 2 Chauvet Quad4 systems, which are amazing, but THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM CHAUVET WHATSOEVER ANYWHERE THAT I CAN FIND!!! What I've learned I've had to go to great pains to search for and figure out. I called tech support and once I pinned the guy down and got him to WAKE UP and hear what asking instead of what he wanted to tell me that I should ask, I made some progress. But I still have no clue about much of it. Who runs this company? Zombies? Potheads? Aliens? I just don't get it! Why do you sell a product and provide the customer with NO usable information to utilize it's full potential?

Glad to see I'm not the only one who feels this way. I bought a couple of Chauvet 6 Spots, and outside of a few 40-60 second demo videos, there's really NOTHING support-wise on this product. I then bought an Obey 3-channel DMX controller to pair with them, but no matter what I do, I can't seem to get it to perform consistently enough to where I'd feel comfortable relying on it in a gig setting. These lights even have a 3-channel setting, so you'd think this board would be compatible with it. Whether it is, or isn't, I'm not sure I'll ever really know. Unfortunate
