Summarise: 1:32 1. Present Time 3:16 • Present Simple (state) 3:34 -> I live in Vietnam. • Present Continuous (idea of temporary) 4:01 -> I'm living in Cebu which is one of the cities in the Philippines. • Present Perfect Simple (Began in the past and continues now) 4:12 -> I have lived in the Philippines for one month. • Present Perfect Continuous (Began in the past and continues now, focus on activity) 4:33 -> I have been living in the Philippines for 1 month. 2. Past Time 6:30 • Past Simple 7:31 -> No, I lived in Bac Giang which is one of the cities in Vietnam when I was younger • Past Continuous (Telling a story with 2 overlapping events; background or introduction to a story) 7:59 -> I was living in Hanoi when I first met my girlfriend. -> I was eating last night, when my friend asked me if I wanted to go shopping for party • Past Perfect (We often use this when talking in the past and want to explain the reason for sth in the past) 9:53 -> I was living in Hanoi when I met my girlfriend, I had moved there 1 year earlier. • Used to (Activity no longer happens) -> I used to live in Hanoi • Would (a habit in the past) 11:20 When I lived in Bac Giang, I would ride a bike everyday to school. 3. Future time 13:30 • Will ( a decision you take now, making a prediction) -> I don't know, I haven't thought about that. I think I will carry on with the same job. -> My job's not great but I think it will get better • Going to (sth planned or already decided) -> No, I am not going to change my job. I am going to carry on in this job for the next one year. • Present Continuous (sth planned and in your schedule) -> Actually, yes, I am starting a new job on Monday • Might, Could, May (modals of possibility) It's possible I will change my job -> I might/may change my job, if I can find a better one.

I had IELTS recently (it was my second attempt because I had failed speaking in the first one) and, funny fact, the speaking examiner resembled Keith and had the same accent, intonations and even sense of humour. I often use AI chat to correct my grammar, I just write the sentences I want to speak and ask the AI, and it will proofread my grammar to ensure is natural and correct, it's even more than that, it will explain components of the sentences and why I should using them also suggest some answers that are appropriate for the specific situations, I will then practice until I am fluent, the AI is really helpful in self-studying.
