How to use the Easy Angle Ruler

I have so many rulers right now. I really don't think I need this one. However, when I am downtown (at our local quilt shop) I'll check and see if they have one. This is such a small town that I don't really expect to see one; and, the owner of the shop will tell me, "You have to buy that online". They are not interested in us shopping locally anymore. I should be able to do this cutting with one of the rulers I already have.

Thank you for the demo I have a ruler that does this too I live in Nevada and the ruler I have is shaped like Nevada its from quilter's select but it does the same thing as well as doing a few other things. This is really helpful as I got it to do a Block of the month and we only used it for one thing and I sort of forgot about it until now.
