Lots of negative comments. Most reviews are positive. Both my brother and I purchased and installed the ecobee Enhanced Thermostat. My gas furnace did not have a common wire from the furnace. These smart thermostats require the common wire to work properly. After adding the additional wire I completed the installation. So far both of us have not had any issues.

Mine doesn’t want to go above 61! We had to use it at 61 for a few hours and it was freezing!! How can I change it ?

I hate this thermostat. I put it in the heat setting and raise the number to 73 and it just says: 73 until (insert current time) 😡 doesn’t work shit.. what a waste of money and time and comfort!

@@matthewfeliciano6584 we had to call our AC guy.. again.. he went around the whole house and checked every vent. He said it was because we had some vents in parts of the house closed and it built pressure that knocked a sensor out of place (or something like that) anyway, he fixed it and we got covers for vents in our house 🤷🏻‍♀️

I figured it out bc I had the same problem. Go into the app, then the settings button top right, then device settings, then hold duration. In there you can change it to “until you change it” and it will hold the temp indefinitely. Hope this helps!

I put the heat setting at 72 at night and I wake up with it 67 degrees! I can’t figure this out

@@rheamae5986 hello, go to preferences then hold action and then you can change to whatever option you want. Hope that helps.
