Does anybody else have the same problem where the stream gets a blackscreen after a while? Happened every single time, either it didnt work from the start or it blackscreened after a few minutes. Also is there any way to regulate ingame audio and mic audio separetly? No matter how low my ingame volume is, on stream its a lot louder than the mic audio

i had the same issue with the blackscreen some time ago according to my review on the store and now when i wanna try it again there is nothing in the settings, the app turned in english with no translation and even more things disappeared, like wtf happened to this it looks like the app is released in some alpha version

Does anybody know how i get the sound alert to work? I uploaded a sound but it doesnt activate, only the text alert and image. The audio isnt from the ones on streamlabs, i downloaded it elsewhere on the internet. When im in the settings (streamlabs website), i selected it, saved it and integrated it into the app as a url. It worked with the image and text as i said and i did the exact same there but not the sound. When im on the website in the settings i can play it and it works there but not on stream

Streamlabs won't allow me to merge with Twitch.. It'll say the merge was successful, but still shows 'merge' next to it... and doesn't show up in my streaming platforms on mobile. On the desktop, it seems fine, but I can't get it to connect on mobile.

@Rozmaxz Sadly, anything apple wise isn't the greatest. In my experience, discord has disadvantages and I even looked up this problem. Streamlabs itself says this: "Widgets consume a lot of system resources, and are disabled during screen broadcasting on iOS in order to reduce the very likely risk of the app being killed off by the system. This limitation is enforced by Apple because we are running as a broadcast extension, and have limited resources we are allowed to use. When that limit is reached, the system kills our extension." The OS or security system or whatever from apple devices makes it extremely difficult to use extensions like these. The only way you can get the chatbox and stuff to work, is to do this mirror screen share thing where you connect your iphone to your pc and use the streamlabs desktop version. If you have a macbook or any pc/laptop that's apple, you're screwed there too. You have to download so many different things to make it all work. Hope your streams go well if you're still streaming.

Sadly, with the kind of security or the OS apple runs or whatever, you're going to have to do research on how to connect your iphone to your pc/laptop so you can capture the screen of your phone, and run it like you're streaming console games with like capture cards or something on the desktop version of Streamlabs. Hopefully your laptop/pc isn't apple either because that's even harder to deal with (speaking from experience). To my knowledge, if your pc/laptop isn't an apple device, streaming from your iphone and having the widgets working should not be a problem at all. Best of luck to you fellow streamer.
