That was very insightful. What method would you suggest for extracting text to columns when the text is all mushed together; for example MulberryStreetDesignLynetteBrown. Where the Company name is Mulberry Street Design, the person's First Name is Lynette and Family name is Brown. HELP!

Hi @stephenbeddoe, the quickest suggestion that doesn't involve learning any complicated formulas may be to use Flash Fill. Try filling out the first two or three rows manually, where Mulberry is in one column, Street is in the next column, then "Design", "Lynette", "Brown" each by themselves in their own column. Repeat the process for the second row, and maybe even for the third to make sure Excel learns that you are separating by uppercase letters. Then use the Flash Fill command (or Ctrl+E shortcut) column by column. Read more here: www.goskills.com/Excel/Resources/Using-AutoFill-in-Excel#flash-fill Hope this helps!
