They most definitely do not turn off when put back in the case, constantly I will put them away and my phone will continue to play through them, and I have to manually disconnect. The best part is they stay on most the time in the case and drain the battery

I'm finding it difficult from a dexterity standpoint to deviate between a single press, to double, etc. My buds keep on thinking a double press is two single presses for example.

Yeah it's pretty aggravating. I would take your finger off the button. That's what I do. Like between clicks. Idk if that really helps though. Sorry about that!

Hmmm. So to end a call, I'm pretty sure you can either activate your smart assistant and say "end call". Other than that, I am pretty sure that function is limited to having both earbuds in.

Is it possible to change what the controls do? I prefer the control profile that my current MPOW earbuds use. For example, play/pause is a single tap, volume up is hold down the right button.

I don't currently know how to change the settings, and I don't think there is an option to do that sadly. Sorry!

If no music or sound is playing, I would check to make sure that both your standard volume, and your notification volumes are on. Other than that, there may be something wrong internally with your earbuds if they aren't playing anything.

They shoud be! Have you made sure that they're in pairing mode? It should be compatible with any devices that have Bluetooth.

The exact model shown in this video (the 2022 edition) do not, but the newest version that just came out this year do have active noise cancellation.

That's odd... I'm not really sure why they would do that. Maybe a faulty unit? Factory resetting them could help but that's about all I can think of.

These earbuds currently do not have noise cancellation. I believe that the sport model Everyday Earbuds do, but these do not.

Mine stopped working at 3 weeks . Tapping on right bud will not turn on volume only cycles through awareness modes😑

Hmmmmm. If you bought them from Raycon's website, I would recommend either getting a refund or asking them to send another pair. If you got them from Amazon, I would do the same since that isn't something normal that should be happening with them.

BUT, if you've purchased the "supposed" to be latest version of "The Everyday Earbuds E25) from the online "Jungle" store, which stated "Sold by Raycon - Shipped by Amazon" you really don't know what you're getting. The paper manual that came with mine (delivered 12/18/23) doesn't correspond with what Raycon says is most current on their website, and NEITHER manual corresponds with the actual earbuds. The charging lights on both the capsule AND buds DO NOT correspond with what the manual says they are supposed to react. I found both manuals (printed and online) are misleading in that they say for example "Press L/R" to turn off the earbuds holding them for 10 seconds... I presumed that meant press the Left OR Right control button to perform the task. But in actuality, you have to press "Left AND Right" otherwise you only turn off one or the other. Other tasks use the L/R (left slash right) and the slash simply means "OR". Also, the manuals state that only red and green lights are shown for given feedback... wrong again, my earbuds will light up "Blue" or "Red" at one point they were flashing between "Blue & Red". When well charged (not fully) and placed in the capsule, the capsule instead of showing the expected battery level (like the manual says) will only show one red LED to the far left and far right of the battery indicator area on the capsule. Maybe I got a faulty pair. But all this said, my faith or confidence in this company is "Null and Void" in any color!!! Your video was helpful as you mentioned what I found that to turn them of, you have to turn them "EACH" off, i.e. one or the other button does not work for both like the manual led me to believe.

@@TimmybugProductions I got them on a "flash deal" thing and didn't pay a lot of money so I opted for the "wrong thing to do" and just keeping them. they sound great but that's where it ends with these Raycons. I was mainly wanting to see if I liked w/less earbuds before I sunk real money into a pair.

How do you know the case and earbuds are charged?

On mine (The Everyday 2022 edition), there are 4 green LED lights on the front, and when all of them are lit, the case is fully charged. I also just charge mine about once a week and I'm not even worried about the battery.

I don’t think my new raycons are working. Do you mean tap lightly or press till it clicks. It has to be fast clicks. That about drove me crazy getting it to work. Total love/hate relationship with technology.

Yes push them all the way until they click. Sadly you are correct with the fast clicking, and I frequently find them aggravatingly turning up or down because I didn't click them fast enough.

Hmmmm. I would try completely resetting them, by holding the power button on both earbuds for around 30 seconds. See if that helps and let me know.

@TimmybugProductions they were. I was replacing some tozo earbuds which I had for a few years. The raycons had significantly worse audio quality, especially for bass. Even on the bass audio preset it was pretty bad. Also I had a lot of issues with connection. Sometimes one of the earbuds would get choppy and eventually cut out. It was weird. The overall battery capacity was also noticeably lower. The only upside of the raycon earbuds was that they were slimmer. If I hadn't got them on sale, I probably would have looked into returning them
