Raycons won't connect to each other- SOLVED

Can you do a step by step for the e25s please, my left side seems to work and charge/ turn on but my right side doesn’t turn on or flash even after charging. I’ve tried to factory reset them to sync together but only one side (the left side) reacts whereas the right one doesn’t flash or make any sound. Thank you.

Just worked for me 5 minutes ago. With the e25 you cannot hard reset the earbuds without them being in the case with the top closed...probably the worst designed piece of technology ever. -Power off the earphones, erase the device(s) from your phone's bluetooth device list, then put the phones back in the case with the top open. -I rolled up some tape to make two small balls that I stuck to the inside of the top of the case so that they would push on the power buttons when you close the lid (the lid closed maybe 80% of the way). Close the lid with pressure applied for 10 seconds, then take them out and they should be in factory reset mode and you'll hear "raycon, power on, pairing mode" simultaneously in both earbuds. -Turn back on your phone's bluetooth, find the earbuds and connect them, they'll both say "connected" simultaneously. Took me 2 weeks to find this video. thank you so much for posting along with the e25 comment.

Wow this process for the E25s sounded crazy, but it worked. So you turn them off then you put them in the case. I used small pieces of paper towel rolled in balls. Place them on top of the earbuds, close the lid, and hold for 10 seconds. You will have play with the size of the paper towel balls so they are just big enough to push the buttons, but small enough that you get the lid shut with moderate pressure. I am shocked this worked, but it did.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...Loco Carr AND commenters! I have the E25's and it worked! I used small pieces of double-sided clear tape...about 1-inch in length. I folded the tape into a small square. (3-4mm x 3-4mm) small enough that it would sit completely within the circular "Raycon" logo button on each earbud, but tall enough (about 1-2mm tall) that it would fill the gap between the earbud and the inside of the lid when closed. While your case is closed, with light pressure, the sandwiched-tape should push the Raycon button down. Hold for 10-20 secs, take them out an reconnect to your devices. They should be paired to each other as well as the device! God speed!

THANK YOU! Something that finally worked. I just got the E25 pros for xmas today. First time trying them out the left side kept cutting out...read the manual and got nowhere...started looking on youtube. The first video I watched I tried the procedure to no avail...stumbled on your video and gave it a try with some paper rolled into little balls....first time, no dice...second time they must have paired to each other then paired to my phone and worked fine.

It doesn't work with the E25. They are in the capsule but the earbuds are still off and turn Not to red light until I close the capsule. And if I opened it, the capsule turn the buds on, so I can't reboot them. They are still stuck in the Independentmode. On their crapy website they write: 'For the E25/E55 Sometimes rebooting the earbuds can help. All you have to do is, delete all Raycon Bluetooth names in the settings of all of your paired mobile devices and computers. Then turn both of the earbuds off and place them back inside of the charging capsule closed. Finally, remove them from the charging capsule to complete the reboot. For the E50/E100 A factory reset can solve and lot of problems. While the earbuds are off, hold the power on/off button on the left and right earphones for 30 seconds to restore the earphones to factory settings. This is usually a quick fix for common connectivity issues. 1.Turn off earbuds 2.Delete all Raycon Bluetooth names in the settings of all paired devices 3.Hold down the earbud buttons on both earphones for 30 seconds and place into case. 4.Take earbuds out of case and wait for earbuds to pair to each other 5.Locate and click on Raycon E50 or Raycon E100 in your phone's settings to connect **If you are still having trouble please try to run the steps again, it might take a few tries to get it right ' The last sentence is my Favourite of all. What a ridiculous cruel joke is that? Why is the support so bruh? Can't they write a advice that's for all products? Why are so many differents in the function from the same company? I don't really get it. PS: sorry if my entire language awfully, I'm from Germany and I'm not really good with studying languages :c

Believe me man, their support is pretty bad. The instructions are just nonsense, this is the only thing I could get to work, though it did take me a few tries. Best of luck!

I only knew that's the way to go. Later I improvise tiny balls of textile, small enough to put them inside capsule but big enough to push the buttons. I applied a gentle pressure on hole capsule to close it. Then I saw the same thing like in the vid and I'll smiled. I paired it with my smartphone and played a random music from it. Amazing!! I have the Raycon Everyday earbuds and the left one just stopped working. Nothing helped… until I read the comments here that said: 1. Turn them both off. 2. Put them in the case. 3. Then I took two IKEA PYSSLA beads my kid plays with and placed each on top of the raycon logo of each earbud. 4. Then I gently closed the lid of the case, it didn’t close all the way down because of the beads, but let’s say 80% down. 5. I kept it like that for 20 seconds. 6. I opened the lid, removed the beads and waited 20 seconds. 7. I again “discovered” then on my iPhone Bluetooth. And they work now!!

I've been loving these earbuds for a while now (e50), but I usually only use the left one while out and about. This morning I went to do my normal thing, heard the left one power on like usual, then nothing. Even holding the button to power it back down brought no result. The right one worked just fine with connecting to my phone and playing immediately. It was like the left just went unresponsive after the power chime. Used this trick, saw NO blinking lights while the buds were in their power station (figured I did something wrong) and now they both work fine. Thank you for this; extremely helpful!

I was using my raycons(I have the fitness earbuds) and I put them in the case so I could talk to someone without interference. When I turned them back on, they refused to reconnect, no matter what I tried. I even tried doing what the user manual says for factory reset to no avail. I finally combined your advice and the manual's guide to figure it out. To anyone with the fitness earbuds: Factory reset your earbuds by turning them on, putting them back in the case if not already, then holding the reset button(between the earbud depressions in my case) in the case for 5 seconds or until the charging indicator lights on the side of the case begin to flash. As soon as they do, take the earbuds back out and they should reconnect. Do make sure you forget all connections to the earbuds in Bluetooth, else your earbuds may pair separately to a device, meaning you have to reset your earbuds once more. Thanks! Edit: I had them disconnect earlier today and couldn't reconnect. Tried my tutorial again, and it didn't work. But, I did get them reconnected. I am not sure what did it, but I turned the earbuds off after I pulled them out by holding power for 10 seconds. I then held power for 10 seconds with them off(it will power on then off). I then put both powered off earbuds back into my case and did the same 10 second power cycle. I then did the factory reset button for 5-ish seconds. They turned on just before the lights started blinking on the side of the case. I pulled them out once I saw this and they reconnected to each other no problem. Note: I did forget all bluetooth connections just like before. Like I said, I don't know what did the reset. I kinda just combined all the reset instructions into one. Hope this helps even more!

Making it work for the Fitness Earbuds: Not exactly the same, but the guidance Loco offers got me close enough that it eventually worked after weeks of trying other ideas found online. I believe the keys are 1. turn off bluetooth on any devices previously paired, and 2. making sure that they are powered down when they enter the case, as described by Loco. Then, note that the Fitness buds have a small button inside the case, instead of a physical button on each bud, press that for 10 sec (as long as it takes for all 4 external case lights to blink twice), close case. Forget the device on any phones or computers that were able to pair with either Earbud individually, open case and reconnect. Thank you & good luck!

Hey guys, it's 2024 and can confirm this worked with my Fitness Earbuds E50, was in a loud construction environment so couldn't hear the chime and it took me a couple tries but the only difference between every other guide was that holding down the buttons with the buds in the case step, thanks bro 👍

9-28-22 This comment is for the E-25’s. I fixed mine. The left and right weren’t in synch with each other. In order to synch them I slid a box cutter blade between the outer top and inner top half of the case until the inner part of the case separated from the outter part. Make sure you follow the instructions in the video and make sure the inner top is closed. They will be red like in the video, wait the allotted seconds and then take them out and turn Bluetooth back on and power them up. They will sync this way. Hope this helps some of you guys like it helped me.

If i can add, the "easiest" way is to gather about two crumpled up pieces of paper. A paper from a simple straw should do it. Just fill the cushions slightly of the two top holes is really all you need to do. If you do that right, press firmly to "activate" both earbuds and hold them down about 10-30 seconds. (10-15 seems to do the trick). Then grab them out simultaneously and activate your Bluetooth, and they should connect. This may take some time. If not timed right, it may require retries.

I tried this with no luck. I found another KZbinr listed as "How I fixed a dead Raycon everyday" by Brad Clymer. This fixed my Raycon immediately. I've had these over two years and only had use of one earbud. Didn't really matter because they were left at the office and I've been Teleworking. My solution was very simple. After this didn’t work I finally figured it out. Buildup of earwax on my right earbud. Take off rubber tips and there was wax blocking the sound. Cleaned it off and works like new.

The factory video certainly didn't talk about the "pressure" so thanks for that piece in yours! When I do put the powered down pair into the cradle (with pressure) only 1 is turning red the other is neither blue nor red. Ideas?

appreciate you man. Jesus loves you wanted to clarify for your e25 method, that the case doesn't need to be fully closed for this to work. the case turns the buds off when there is a 1/4 inch gap open. just make sure you're able to squeeze the cover down enough that you hear the "power off", then hold down and listen for the little blip that lets you know it reset. then fully open and close the lid to finalize the reset. just did this right now

I have the e25s and I tried it all every single way 50 times and no results. My right bud has no light, won't turn on or off. Did it all and nothing. I've had them for maybe 3 months and only use them at home on my laptop or phone. Haven't dropped them, got them wet or anything. Just normal use and the junk just stopped working mid day. I hope their customer service is better than the quality of their products.
