Do you have a video that demonstrates the use of the multipurpose metal tray? Would that be used to make French fries crispier? There was not any notes or instructions in the owners manual or the QR code of recipes? I would like to see how to use that metal tray in conjunction with the bottom tray?

I am on my second unit. The first one would never get above 425 degrees. In packing up to return, it was impossible to remove the handle. The instructions say to use a screwdriver yet, there is only a tiny pin hole. I had to return to Costco out of the box. My second unit, while gets above 425, is still not able to achieve 450. For 450 & all other set temps, the temperature is actually just under, unlike my previous gourmia that actually measures just above each set Temp. Also the audible tones are really low volume, significantly lower than my previous gourmia & can not be heard in an open adjacent room or even in the kitchen with ambient noise

Inside dimensions rufly 9.5 inches x 9 5/8 inches and 4.5 inches deep with crisper tray in place. About 5 inches deep if tray is removed. I don't know if crisper tray is ever removed for certain applications. I just got this thing , that's why I'm watching this video, hopefully I'll find some with more information

Teflon become as an issue with temps over 500° The air fryer doesn’t go over 450°- you’re fine

Complicated controls in this air fryer , it has confusing controls, other smaller air fryers have one touch ready made setting for fish , chicken , shrimp etc . This one has to be manually controlled by user . Planning to return to costco
