Is there a way to unjust the frame, to make it tighter? The top of my visor keeps pulling down when the visor is framed backwards. If I could get the clamping arm to be tighter, this would solve my problem.

Would you please show how to embroider on the front side panel of the structured hat using the GEN2? Thanks.

Embroidering on just ONE side (left or right) of the cap front is simply a matter of 1. sizing your design to FIT nicely on just one side panel and, 2. centering your start point on whichever panel you've chosen. No other special techniques are required....whether using traditional hat hoops or the HoopTech Gen 2. It doesn't matter.

Sadly, I just purchased this. The results have been terrible to say the least. Structured caps bubble up terribly and the design gets very distorted. Will be returning because the end results are awful. I'll go back to my standard cap driver system. This one isn't it!
