In this video we show you how you can use the guides in PowerPoint to help with your layouts. If you're ever stuck on layout ideas, use the guides as they will help establish the overall look of your entire presentation. Having a consistent grid layout will make the presentation look professional and sharp. It's very simple to do and you can vary they layouts depending on your needs - in this example we use the Rule of 3 but it can be adapted as needed.
