Takes it to a whole new level- doors beyond doors, rooms within rooms. Thank you once again :)

some instructors are very good scribes they can replicate the material passed down to them picture perfect. I enjoy being creative and exploring, so I have a different style of teaching and learning than the standard. I call it backyard style 😅

beautiful mate, thank you. I like the fact that it flows into a repetitative circle. This is going to be my beginning in learning about this stuff. I accidentally came across the AKA Warrior final the other day and it blew my mind to watch those people. I absolutely love this heaven 6 sequence. Thank you brother.

I amazed by the amount of videos on your site. This is a virtual encyclopedia Wmpyr. So cool of you to share this knowledge with us. Since we don't usually have our sticks if you could please make more videos on empty hands self defense that would be awesome.

I love how You emphasise that the Heaven Six also has a hand to hand , weaponless versatility .

The Filipino Style , yes , Ive reasoned this as high up there , I think thats how I found Your channel . But You actually go slow enough for Us to learn . instead of a flurry of movement thats supposed to be "Instruction"

Right on:) I like your vids. I'm a bit older..and learned the heaven six a long time ago from a good friend..he also taught a few other basic principles of wing chun.( he was a student of escrima/kali.judo..volam..aikido..and JKD)...it is amazing how I look at these arts now and see the things I learned..and how differnt styles can flow together well..somethings I thought were escrima were actually wing chun..but they flow together so easily it was hard for me realize back then( John kind of threw a bunch of things at me..just for basic self defense)..but now I look and see so much..and I am actually kind of surprised how much he actually taught me in such a short amount of time. Be well..and thank you again..this is nice little vid on subtle honing..and by the way..I also used to use some of those basic movements while dancng:) It was easy to do..since I used to practice my heaven six stick forms with music..especially Rush..which is my fav..try working out with the Rush song.."Scars" the beat is perfect:)..Sorry to go on so long..I yak too much sometimes:)

That's because they all belong to a family of arts known as the Hakka Fist arts (Wing Chun, Kali, Silat, Bak Mei, Arnis, Seven Star Mantis, ect) of southern China, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Hi Wmpyr I was thinking about buying a karambit and I was almost convinced of buying the Honshu from united cutlery but a friend of mine and people in forums told me that the Honshu is very bad for self defense or real use then I thought maybe the cold steel tiger would be a better option but obviously it's a lot more expensive than the Honshu which one do you recommend me? Greetings from Mexico :)

Thanks for replying I have trained Shito Ryu karate so I have the basic knife fighting concepts that's why I wanna try the karambit obviously I wasn't going to buy the karambit with no training at all haha I think I'm going to check the smith&wesson again thanks for replying and happy holidays :D
