Heavy flak and heavy Sam does the work against the air support units while heavy cannon can destroy vehicles and helicopters while Gustav can destroy most of heavy metal tanks

The weakness of heavy turrent is the range, artillery units like m270 or gmlrs easily outrange it no matter how much u upgrade it

There's a glitch ( not sure if it's a glitch) where you can built other turrets Very close to your heavy turret. Take a look at my base, Commander.

You need high range turrets like Peacekeeper and Salvo to compliment the Heavy Turret... especially salvos and Howtizers should be placed in a way so that they are difficult to get hit first... Mines and mountains come in handy ...if you don't have a peace keeper Mortar heavy turret has only purpose... To waste attacker's time which works pretty well im war zone but not in PvP

I had level 71 attack my base with all level 10 zuese and lost. He had 6 one plece 6 other and 6 more of zuese case i had my heavey cannen in the center of my base and all turrens around it I wish i can show that battale to you. it was funny to watch. he only took out my Airefield and my war factery lol . some reason my base get attack one week now instead every day. lol so far i did not get attack by rapters yet to see of my base does get thoese.

Rocket artillery are completely garbage, humvees, cougars, Strykers can quickly devastate the heavy platform

I disagree with you.. you should place heavy turret on the edge.. then have a peacemaker motor behind the heavy turret.. and that peace maker turret should be at the center surrounded by other turrets.. this will ensure heavy turret cannot be outranged.. the only thing taht should be taken care is.. the peace maker should be fully upgraded and should be preferably on level 8 platform or above surrounded by anti air withstand air attack and missile attack

Lol with 4 himars i'd start left clear your howitzer -> war factory with 4 more id start south and clear your helipad barracks and mortar. Team all 8 up to destroy heavy turret and rest of turrets. Easy base, 5500 oil max.

rubiksmastr not really op its the 440 range that makes the difference. And op or not, if you don't want to get destroyed just rearrange your base and change 2 turrets to peacemaker mortars. That'll make it a totally different match. Im not hating, its just advice, you recommend this lay-out but it just sucks. The game changes, change along with it or get wrecked.
